FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to localisation of chemically aggressive substances (CAS) for a period sufficient for collection, shipment, transportation and elimination of harmful effects of emergent spillage and emissions. Proposed process consists in application of foam produced by foaming of foam-forming solution in turbulent compressed airflow in cylindrical sleeve. Then, foam flakes are dropped on evaporating or dusting surface to make localising foam coating from air or thickening polymer foam.
