a global positioning system device configured to obtain location information; a communication part including a communication circuit and configured to communicate with at least one other information display device through a network; a setting management part configured to determine setting information corresponding to the location information based on setting management information stored in a memory part of the at least one other information display device in response to an operation from a user, the setting management part being at least one processor; a display configured to display information; and a control part configured to control an output of the information displayed on the display by using the setting information, the controller being the at least one processor.
