The present invention relates to a positive photosensitive resin composition, a photosensitive resin film, and a display device comprising the same. The composition comprises: (A) an alkali-soluble resin containing a repeating unit represented by chemical formula 1; (B) a photosensitive diazoquinone compound; and (C) a solvent. In the chemical formula 1, each substituent is the same as defined in the specification.
