The present invention relates to a joint for a DC cable. A joint box for a DC cable according to the present invention includes a first electrode which is electrically connected to the conductor of a pair of cables, a pair of second electrodes which face each other, an electric field control layer which is selectively and electrically connected to the conductor and an external semiconductor layer, and an external insulating layer which surrounds the first electrode, the second electrode, and the electric field control layer. |
