A present invention of an origami toy of a transformed menger sponge comprises: a hexagonal part of which one side has a constant length; a first triangular part formed on any side of the hexagonal part, the side thereof being a base line, and formed of a first side and a second side; a first rectangular part formed on the first side of the first triangular part, having a hypotenuse formed by cutting an area in correspondence to the area of the first triangular part on an edge part to make an acute angle with the hexagonal part; a second triangular part and a second rectangular part formed to be symmetrical to the first triangular part and the first rectangular part based on one side of the first rectangular part being parallel to the first side; a third rectangular part formed to be symmetrical to the first rectangular part based on a lower side of the first rectangular part to which the second side is extended; and a third triangular part formed to correspond to the first triangular part on an upper side of the first rectangular part. In the origami toy, there are three base lines and three hypotenuses regions on which each shape is connected among the hexagonal part, and the first to third triangular parts and the first to third rectangular parts folded to couple the two base lines and hypotenuses except the base line of the first triangular part to each side of the hexagonal part; thereby making the transformed menger sponge. |
