The present invention relates to an electro-hydro-dynamic spray nozzle module and, more specifically, to the electro-hydro-dynamic spray nozzle module which can print or spray by uni-directionally aligning nanowires in a solution dispersed with nanowires. According to the present invention, the electro-hydro-dynamic spray nozzle module comprises: a first adaptor which is made of conductive materials, an end of which is connected to a tube, and forms a first passage fluid supplied through the tube flows therein; a second adaptor which is made of insulating materials, an end of which is coupled with the other end of the first adaptor, and forms a second passage communicated with the first passage therein; a spray nozzle which is made of conductive materials, an end of which is coupled with the other end of the second adaptor to be separated from the first adaptor, and forms a third passage communicated with the second passage therein; and a substrate which is disposed by being separated from the other end of the spray nozzle and the solution sprayed through a spray passage composed of the first passage, the second passage and the third passage. In the solution, nanowires are dispersed and the power is applied to the first adaptor and the spray nozzle. |
