The present invention relates to a dust restrainer composition using citric acid and magnesium, and to a dust restraining method using the same. More specifically, the composition and method do not use calcium chloride and sodium chloride, both causing acidification of soil. Instead, the composition contains, as active ingredients, citric acid and magnesium chloride which are used as food additives. According to the present invention, the present invention has effects of inhibiting production of floating dust without causing soil pollution and soil acidification. |
