FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: protective device - a metal armoured frame with an armoured metal lining and a filler, which is made in the form of an air-lead dispersed system. Lead is made as crumbs. The frame comprises fixed nozzles-supports in the ends. In the cover of the highly explosive facility there are at least three support rods embedded with sheets-stops in the upper part, which are telescopically inserted into fixed nozzles-supports in a metal reinforced frame. In the upper part of the support rods there are elastically damping elements, one end of which is stiffly connected by its base to sheets-stops, and the other one is located freely. Each of elastically damping elements is fixed by means of screws with their base, made in the form of a round disc from stiff vibration-damping material of "Agate" type, on sheets-stops, rigidly connected to rods. The base of the elastically damping element is connected to a bushing from elastomer, having a central hole, through which the rod passes. The bushing comprises at least three holes coaxial to the rod, where elastic elements are arranged, the upper end of which by means of fastening elements is connected to the base, and the lower one is in non-pressed condition and protrudes beyond the lower plane of the bushing. A movable board rests against the lower ends of the elastic elements, hingedly fixed to at least three elastic elements, the second ends of which are hingedly connected to a friction bushing, covering tightly the rod.EFFECT: increased reliability of actuation of explosion-proof devices in case of an emergency explosion at a facility and provision of return of these structures into initial position after explosion.2 dwg |
