FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to quality control techniques of measurements made using computer analysis systems of images and can be used for assessment of a systematic error of morphological characteristics of material structure of bodies in a condensed state. The method involves acquisition of an image of the standard specimen surface, processing of the same image and highlighting of measurement objects on it, performance of measurements and comparison of the obtained result to a reference value. As a standard specimen, there used is a surface with simulations of material structure, the pattern of which is obtained by digital processing of the image of the representative section of this material, which is prepared according to the technique being assessed. The standard specimen includes a surface on which there are formed simulations of material structure so that scale is maintained, the pattern of which is obtained by digital processing of the image of the representative section of this material, which is prepared according to the technique being assessed.EFFECT: providing assessment and control of accuracy parameters of the measurement technique as a whole; simplifying the assessment and control technique due to excluding preparation of a representative section of the specimen surface, as well as increasing stability of metrological characteristics of the standard specimen and providing its possible copying in an unrestricted number at identity of all copies.7 cl, 7 dwg |
