FIELD: physics, photography.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an electrophotographic photosensitive element, a printing cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus having said photosensitive element. The electrophotographic photosensitive element comprises a base, a primer layer and a photosensitive layer. The primer layer is a polymer of formula(1). The printing cartridge, which is detachably mounted to the main body of the electrophotographic apparatus, comprises said electrophotographic photosensitive element, at least one device selected from a group consisting of a charging device, a developing device, a transfer device and a cleaning device.
