The present invention relates to a dry ice manufacturing device comprising: a housing; a lifting cylinder positioned on an opening part formed on one side of a top plate of the housing which moves up and down to discharge dry ice wherein pellets are inputted and molded; a containing box having a pellet loading part connected to the lifting cylinder in which the pellets are present to manufacture the dry ice, and having a molding frame having several lattice shapes in accordance to the shape of the dry ice installed in an upper part of the pellet loading part; a discharge cylinder installed in one side of an upper part of the housing to guide the pellets inputted in the molding frame and the pellet loading part to fill the pellet loading part to manufacture the dry ice, or to discharge the manufactured dry ice; a pellet discharge part to discharge the remaining pellets after the molding frame is filled with the pellets by horizontally moving the pellets in accordance to the operation of the discharge cylinder, when the pellets are inputted in the molding frame and the pellet loading part; a pressurizing cylinder configured to move up and down through a cylinder rod, having a pressurizing protrusion to pressurize the pellets inputted in the molding frame with a support bar and a fixing coupling structure installed in an other side of the top plate of the housing; and a transfer cylinder installed in the other side of the upper part of the housing to transfer the pellets inputted in the molding frame to the other side of the top plate of the housing through a transfer guide axis fixated and coupled to the molding frame to manufacture the dry ice. As such, the dry ice is molded with carbon dioxide (CO_2) to manufacture the pellets, and the dry ice is manufactured using the molded pellets; thereby providing dry ice with a longer sublimating time and a higher density. |
