FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a beverages preparation system. The system for preparation of the specified amount of beverage suitable for consumption contains a replaceable capsule containing a peripheral wall, a bottom, covering the peripheral wall at the first end, and a covering element covering the peripheral wall at the second end. The wall, the bottom and the covering element limit the inner space containing a beverage ingredient for beverage preparation. The bottom contains an inlet zone for supply of fluid medium into the ingredient while the covering element contains an outlet zone for release of beverage from the capsule; the beverage ingredient contains t least one soluble substance. Additionally, the system contains a device containing a receptacle for the replaceable capsule retention and a fluid medium supply device intended for supply of a certain amount of fluid medium, such as water, under pressure into the replaceable capsule through the inlet zone of the capsule with the capsule outlet zone designed so that to enable interaction with the receptacle outlet for release of beverage from the capsule into a vessel; the receptacle contains a piercing means for the covering element intended for piecing the outlet zone of a tightly closed capsule when the outlet zone is sufficiently pressed against the piercing means for the covering element due to pressure of fluid medium and/or beverage in the tightly closed capsule for creation of at least one outlet hole through which the beverage may be released; the outlet zone of the replaceable capsule contains an outlet filter designed so that to essentially enable prevention of release of unsolved substance from the replaceable capsule, such outlet filter represented by a perforated flexible film layer having multiple outlet holes and designed so that it has a tensile strength sufficient for the said layer to remain unpierced and unruptured during usage when the pressed against the piercing means for the device covering element, such closing element remaining undamaged.EFFECT: design improvement.19 cl, 7 dwg |
