The present invention relates to a piston pump assembly of a vehicle′s electric controlled brake device, comprising: an inlet housing; an outlet housing; an outlet ball valve; an outlet spring; and a damper. The inlet housing has an embedded piston to reciprocally move and elastically support the piston. The outlet housing receives the inlet housing and forms an operation chamber allowing fluid to be introduced from the inlet housing. The outlet ball valve is received in the operation chamber to open and close the flow channel of the fluid introduced from the inlet housing into the outlet housing. The outlet spring is positioned in the operation chamber to elastically support the outlet ball valve toward the inlet housing. The damper is positioned in the operation chamber and embedded in the outlet spring. The damper allows a shape deformation while coming in contact with the outlet ball valve and discharges the fluid received to the operation chamber to generate viscosity damping when the outlet ball valve is pushed toward the end of the operation chamber to be compressed. As such, when the electric controlled brake device is initially operated or in a low frequency area, noise or vibration is actively reduced, thereby improving ride quality. |
