FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises the steps that follow. First web of film or oil is displaced in lengthwise direction. Adhesive material is applied over the entire surface or as a pattern on moving first web of film or foil. Second web is applied on first web coated with aforesaid adhesive material. Said first and second webs with mid ply of adhesive material are driven in lengthwise direction to pressing unit to make a sandwiched material. Fluorescent matter is added and mixed with adhesive material to get adhesive material with uniformly distributed fluorescent matter before application of adhesive material on first web of film of foil.
