Disclosed are a top module uplift restraint unit, an installation module support device and FPSO having the same, and an installing method of the top module uplift restraint unit. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the top module uplift restraint unit comprises: a module node part installed on a lower part of an installation module to support the installation module; a module supporter part installed on a lower part of the module node part to support the module node part; a module supporter part installed on a lower part of the module node part to support the module node part; and an up-and-down uplift restraint part to support an up-and-down motion of the module node part such that the movement of the module node part with an uplift of the installation module is limited to an up-and-down motion, wherein the up and down uplift restraint part comprises: an up-and-down restraint body disposed on the module node part to limit an up-and-down motion of the module node part; a tension plate of which an upper end is coupled to the up-and-down restraint body to limit an up-and-down motion of the up-and-down restraint body and of which a lower end is coupled to a hull; and an impact absorption module disposed between the module node part and the up-and-down restraint body to absorb an impact from the movement of the installation module.
