The present invention provides a computed tomography (CT) image processing device including a central processing device generating a three-dimensional restored image based on a CT image, a temporary restored image, and a temporary comparative image and a programmable logic device including a multiple parallel processing cores, projection-transforming or reversely projection-transforming input images to be parallel according to a control of the central processing device through the multiple parallel processing cores, and transmitting the result of the transformation to the central processing device. The central processing device generates the temporarily restored image by controlling the programmable logic device to reversely projection-transform the CT image and generating the temporary comparative image by controlling the programmable logic device to projection-transform the temporary comparative image. The present invention is capable of simply and rapidly restoring the three-dimensional CT image at low costs by processing the three-dimensional CT image to be parallel by using the programmable logic device. |
