FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biological cleaning based on purification of fluid to be processed and exploiting active mud and operating partially in a portion-wise principle. Note here that in this process aeration of fluid to be processed, clarified fluid separation and removal of purified fluid are performed as serial steps in one and the same working space. Note here fluid to be processed that contains the active mud bulk is fed to working tank for it to be cleaned by oxidizing microorganisms contained in said active mud. Said microorganisms use admixtures contained in said fluid as nutritive substances. Note here that active mud bulk in said tank is subjected, at least from below, to aeration by aerating air forced to mud via flow section and via distribution asst communicated with working tank bottom. Fluid purified in above process is removed from active mud and, then, from working tank by forcing it from below to above through active mud and filtering unit in contact therewith when, at least, aeration that occurs from top to bottom is interrupted. To up the process efficiency, is incorporates additionally the steps of balancing and recycling steps. Note here that fluid surface level in said tank is, first, balanced by gravity of fluid flowing in communicated vessels through filtering unit and distribution assy into balancing volume that acts as the flow section or its part. Thereafter, fluid is recycled to working tank to up the relative amount of solid substance of active mud by its repeated layering.EFFECT: decreased volume of aeration tank, ruled out ingress of solid particles in drain pipe, facilitated water draw-off from top zone.10 cl, 5 dwg |
