FIELD: biotechnologies.SUBSTANCE: strain of human enterovirus A71 of subgenotype C4 is offered. The strain is deposited in the Collections of microorganisms of Federal State-Funded Science Institution State Scientific Centre of virology and bioengineering "Vector" of Rospotrebnadzor under the registration number V-670. The strain is intended for diagnostics, study of efficiency and creation of medical and preventive and vaccinal preparations. The strain is characterized by high reproductive activity, it is effectively replicated in the cell culture 293 A with development of obvious cytopathic effect in nutrient medium F12/DMEM with adding of foetal serum and gentamycin within 1-2 days of cultivation at 37°C.EFFECT: invention allows to define effectively infectious activity of virus preparations, to cultivate virus biomass for preparation of diagnostic and vaccinal preparations.2 dwg, 4 tbl, 3 ex
