Disclosed are a method and system for preventing an illegal upgrade of a program of an electric control unit of an agricultural work vehicle. The method for preventing an illegal upgrade of a program of an electric control unit in an embodiment of the present invention, with respect to a method (S100) for preventing an illegal upgrade of a program installed in an electronic control unit (ECU) for controlling a motion of an agricultural work vehicle, comprises the steps of: a) scanning ID information stored in the electric control unit by using a scan tool; b) searching an upgrade program corresponding to the ID information stored in the electric control unit; c) displaying the upgrade program searched in the previous step b); and d) selecting the displayed program in the previous step c) and performing an upgrade. |
