The present invention relates to a battery module, comprising: a plurality of battery cells provided with a terminal part on each surface and arranged in one direction; a holder part disposed on the one surface of the plurality of battery cells and having a groove part; and a frame part with at least a portion enfolding a side surface adjoining the one surface of the plurality of battery cells and having a first bent part with a portion inserted to the groove part wherein a bonding between the first bent part and the groove part enables an easy bonding between the frame part and the holder part and thereby, productivity and safety can be enhanced.
