The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for reducing skin wrinkles, which is safe to skin and effective in reducing wrinkles by using a fermented extract of Horse placenta and medical herb ingredients with reduced unique smell of Horse placenta and toxicity. The composition comprises 0.01-15 wt% active ingredients of a fermented extract of Horse placenta, a Dendropanax trifidus extract, a citron extract, a quince extract, a Juniperus chinensis extract, and a Lonicera maackii extract, with respect to the total weight of the cosmetic composition.
