MULTI-LAYER SOUND-ABSORBING MATERIAL FOR VEHICLE USING MICRO-FIBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a multi-layered sound-absorbing material using micro-fibers for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof. The multi-layered sound-absorbing material using micro-fibers comprises: a hard layer where a micro-fiber sound-absorbing layer and a sound insulation layer are formed; and a soft felt layer formed on the upper surface of the hard layer. The method for manufacturing the multi-layered sound-absorbing material comprises: a micro-fiber sound-absorbing layer manufacturing step of manufacturing the micro-fiber sound-absorbing layer; an adhered layer forming step of forming an adhered layer on the upper surface of the micro-fiber sound-absorbing layer, the adhered layer made of high polymer resin with a low fusing point of 140°C or less; a felt sound-absorbing layer manufacturing step of manufacturing a felt sound-absorbing layer having a surface density of 100 to 2,400 g/m2; a stacking step of stacking the felt sound-absorbing layer manufactured in the felt sound-absorbing layer manufacturing step on the adhered layer formed on the upper surface of the micro-fiber sound-absorbing layer; a sound insulation layer forming step of forming the sound insulation layer on an upper surface of the felt sound-absorbing layer formed on a stacked body stacked through the stacking step; a soft felt layer manufacturing step of manufacturing a soft felt layer having a surface density of 600 to 3,000 g/m2; a soft felt layer bonding step of stacking the soft felt layer manufactured in the soft felt layer manufacturing step on the sound insulation layer formed on a stacked body manufactured through the sound insulation forming step and bonding the soft felt layer with the sound insulation layer; and a forming step of forming a stacked body manufactured through the soft felt layer coupling step. As such, the multi-layered sound-absorbing material where the micro-fiber sound-absorbing layer is formed absorbs and reduces noise introduced into the interior of the vehicle and noise generated in the interior of the vehicle even without an increase in weight of the multi-layered sound-absorbing material.
