The present invention provides a computing apparatus, a controlling method of the same and a multi-display system. The controlling method of a computing apparatus according to the present invention calculates a size of a virtual display screen, which is created by a plurality of display devices, sets an initial position of a pointer, calculates a motion range of a pointing device on the basis of the size of the virtual display screen and the initial position of the pointer, and when detecting a motion of the pointing device within the calculated motion range, displays the pointer in response to a motion of the pointing device.
