The present invention relates to an oil separation apparatus for a helideck of a ship comprising: a storage tank having a storage space part wherein water and oil is stored; a liquid inlet through which both the water and the oil are entered into the storage space part of the storage tank; a water outlet and an oil outlet through which the water and oil filling the storage space part are discharged to the outside; and a separation section means capable of storing the water and oil in different spaces in the storage space part of the storage tank, respectively. As such, the water and oil can more effectively be separated and discharged using a difference in specific density of particles by gravity, and moreover, the water and oil can be discharged at the same time through the water outlet and the oil outlet respectively, thus shortening a work time.
