The present invention relates to an oil spill prevention robot and an oil spill prevention method using the same. According to the present invention, an oil spill prevention robot to prevent crude oil from being spilled may comprise: a plurality of propulsion units enabling the oil spill prevention robot to be moved in an arbitrary direction; an oil fence connected to another oil spill prevention robot to surround the spilled crude oil; a marked object shooting unit shooting a marked object capable of being moved along with the spilled crude oil on the spilled crude oil; a photographing unit collecting image information having the marked object; and a control unit calculating a position of the marked object by identifying the marked object in the image information, and controlling the propulsion units to maintain a first distance with the marked object and a second distance with the other oil spill prevention robot. |
