The present invention relates to a treatment system for metalworking fluid and cleaning solution, which may include: a preprocess filter which is provided to remove fine metal chips by pumping cleansing solution into a cleansing tank containing fine metal chips and metalworking fluid; an oil and water separation tank which returns the cleansing solution after combining the cleansing solution and the metalworking fluid, which are filtered by the preprocess filter to 10-20 microns of oil particles; a concentration tank which stores and concentrates the mixed liquid of the cleansing solution which is passed through the oil and water separation tank and the metalworking fluid which is emulsified in a micellar form, and discharges the cleansing solution and the metalworking fluid when the concentration reaches a predetermined level; a membrane filter which filters the emulsified metalworking fluid and particles while circulating the mixed liquid stored in the concentration tank and returns the cleansing solution after passing and separating the cleansing solution containing the cleaner components; and a heater which is installed in at least one of the oil and water separation tank and the concentration tank and heats the liquid at 50-80°C. In the case of processing the cleansing solution containing processed oil by using the treatment system for cleansing solution and metalworking fluid, contaminants such as chips and microorganisms can be effectively removed, and water soluble emulsion oil can be separated and reused, which minimizes contamination of the membrane and reduces maintenance costs. |
