The present invention relates to a tourniquet. More specifically, the dial-type tourniquet can quickly stop blood by tightening or loosening the tourniquet through a dial. The dial-type tourniquet has a one-way clutch type tightening unit rotated in only one direction. The tightening unit includes: a first strip tightening member mounted with a tightening dial; a second tightening member having a through groove unit formed on the center in the vertical direction and gear tooth on a side of the groove unit in the length direction; a housing which is mounted on the first tightening member to guide the sliding of the second tightening; and a tightening dial which is mounted to the first tightening member, has a dial knob and gear tooth shaft connected with the gear tooth through the dial knob, and stops the blood by enabling the gear tooth wheel to mesh with the gear tooth of the second tightening member to transmit the power to the second tightening member when the dial knob is rotated, thereby sliding the second tightening to press an wound or the area around the wound. The present invention can quickly and easily stop blood by using the dial when the tourniquet is attached and tightened and appropriately adjust the degree of tightening and pressing according to the rotation number of the dial. |
