The present invention relates to an anti-static artificial turf tassel and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to an anti-static artificial turf tassel and a manufacturing method thereof capable of preventing a burn by friction in use by increasing hydration of a tassel of artificial turf. The manufacturing method of the anti-static artificial turf tassel according to the present invention manufactures a tassel for anti-static artificial turf by extruding a resin for manufacturing an artificial turf tassel as a linear film type and forming a coating layer after passing through an anti-static coating solution. The anti-static coating solution includes hydrophilic fibers, bio-degradable fibers, and a binder. The artificial turf tassel by the present invention provides a new artificial turf tassel having a predetermined hygroscopic effect by using a little conductive material and containing moisture for a long time. Moreover, durability can be increased since elongation becomes better by the mixture of fibers. |
