The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a nano-complex for a super capacitor electrode material including a metal oxide nano-sheet-layered double hydroxide-graphene nano-sheet complex, and a super capacitor electrode material including the metal oxide nano-sheet-layered double hydroxide-graphene nano-sheet complex. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a colloid mixture solution by mixing graphene oxide nano-sheet colloid, and metal oxide nano-sheet colloid; and obtaining metal oxide nano-sheet-layered double hydroxide-graphene nano-sheet complex by reducing the graphene oxide after mixing layered double hydroxide in the colloid mixture solution.
