The present invention relates to a carrier composition for fixing an enzyme which treats ammonia plasma and a method for fixing an enzyme and, more specifically, a technique for processing a plasma using ammonia gas can produce a suitable carrier for fixing an enzyme by introducing amine group to polylacticacid (PLA) fabric having no functional group. In addition, the composition can increase enzyme fixing efficiency by linking a carrier of the present invention and polyglutaraldehyde as a cross-linking agent and can be provided in bio and medical fields as well as textiles and clothing fields because of overcoming a mechanical intensity and no economy of an existing natural polymer carrier.
