A hollow fiber membrane module according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a header and a sheet block inserted into the header, wherein the sheet block includes: multiple hollow fiber membrane blocks arranged at regular intervals in a perpendicular and a longitudinal direction of the header; and a resin block formed to have a gap to an end of the hollow fiber membrane block and immobilized by coming in contact with an inner wall of the header, wherein a space formed between the hollow fiber membranes from the top of the resin block to an opening of the header is filled with a potting agent, thereby immobilizing the hollow fiber membranes.
