Provided are a power converting apparatus for preventing resonance, a control device of the power converting apparatus, and a control method of the power converting apparatus. A power converting apparatus according to an embodiment includes a vibration element detecting part and an output voltage controlling part. The vibration element detecting part detects a vibration element included in the input voltage of a power converting part prepared between each phase of a load and each phase of AC power, or a vibration element included in a current flowing along a filter prepared between the AC power and the power converting part. The output voltage controlling part controls the output voltage of the power converting part to prevent the resonance of the filter, based on the vibration element detected by the vibration element detecting part.
