The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesives and a method for manufacturing a pressure-sensitive adhesive, and more particularly, to the pressure-sensitive adhesive which is a non-toxic and multi-purpose sealing material that is harmless to a human body and the method for manufacturing the pressure-sensitive adhesive. To this end, the method for manufacturing the pressure-sensitive adhesive includes the steps of: putting a solvent mixture comprising at least two solvents selected among an inorganic particle, a pressure-sensitive adhesive and a plasticizer into an agitator and thereby preparing a mixture; drying the mixture in an oven; adding the solvent to the mixture and kneading thereof; and molding the mixture and packing thereof wherein the mixture comprises in a weight ratio: 682 g of an inorganic particle; 198 to 207 g of a pressure-sensitive adhesive; 107 to 116 g of a plasticizer; and 4 g of a solvent mixture and wherein the more the weight of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is incorporated into the mixture, the weight of the plasticizer to be mixed decreases.
