The present invention relates to a heat-resistant coating composition and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly to a two-component water-soluble, heat-resistant coating composition which contains: a first component which includes complex silicate, talc, calcium carbonate, tridecyl alcohol ether, dimethyl polysiloxane, titanium dioxide, fly ash, and carbon black; and a second component which includes purified water, silicon dioxide, and magnesium oxide. The present invention has excellent workability, adhesiveness, and heat resistance; prevents separation or damage of the coated layer even at high temperatures; protects a base metal from thermal deformation; and does not generate toxic gas, allowing safe use. In addition, compared to imported heat-resistant coating compositions, the manufacturing cost is remarkably low, which allows for a competitive price with high quality. |
