The present invention relates to a device for operating a radar reflector to notify a distress location capable of quickly rescuing a distress person by notifying a location of the distress person by using a radar reflector which is easily operated. The device for operating a radar reflector according to the present invention comprises: a first case; a case device having a second case wherein the case device is coupled with one side of the first case by a hinge; a gas injecting device accommodated in an internal space of the first case; a radar reflector accommodated in an internal space of the second case; and a connection string for operating the gas injecting device while releasing a closed state of the case device.
