According to the present invention, an apparatus to manage a stamp comprises: a pressure sensing unit sensing impression pressure of a seal surface of a stamp; an imaging control unit generating a control order to image a periphery of a stamp seal based on a detection of the impression pressure; an image obtaining unit obtaining the image of the periphery of the seal of the stamp from an image signal captured through a camera in accordance with the control order; and a log management unit storing the obtained image of the periphery of the stamp seal as a log of the stamp seal having temporary information in a log storage unit. |
