According to an embodiment of the present invention, the engine having a coolant control valve comprises: a sealing ring in a pipe shape with a sealing ring entrance on its one end, and a sealing ring exit connecting the inside to the outer side surface formed on a set position; a valve housing with a mounting space having an inner circumferential surface corresponding to the outer circumferential surface of the sealing ring, into which the sealing ring is inserted to be able to rotate, and a discharge hole in a position corresponding to the sealing ring exit; a driving unit placed to rotate the sealing ring to allow the sealing ring exit to selectively correspond to the discharge hole, and to selectively supply coolant flowing into the space of the sealing ring to the discharge hole; and a separating wall placed to block a part of the sealing ring entrance to be fixated on the sealing ring to rotate around a central axis following the rotation of the sealing ring. According to the position of the rotation of the sealing ring, the separating wall selectively blocks a coolant line passing through a cylinder head and a coolant line passing through a cylinder block.
