The present invention relates to an air conditioning system for a vehicle. The purpose of the present invention is to strengthen a locking force between an upper case unit and a lower case unit by improving a locking structure between the upper case unit and the lower case unit of an air conditioning case. To achieve this purpose, the air conditioning system for the vehicle comprises: the air conditioning case assembled by connecting the upper case unit and the lower case unit; and a plurality of locking units to combine the upper and the lower case units which are connected. The locking unit comprises: a plurality of first locking pieces formed on an upper case unit; a plurality of locking pieces formed on a lower case unit to face each of the first locking pieces; and locking screws to assemble the first and second locking pieces by screws. The air conditioning system for vehicle additionally comprises: a combination unit to combine the upper and lower case units in a connection direction during a connection process of the upper and the lower case unit. The combination unit comprises: a plurality of combination protrusions formed on one side of the upper case unit towards the connection direction with the lower case unit; and the plurality of combination grooves formed on one side of the lower case unit towards the connection direction with the upper case unit to face each of the combination protrusions of the upper case unit. The combination protrusions and the combination grooves are combined along the connection direction of the upper and the lower case unit.
