The present invention relates to a stiffener integrated vehicle bumper beam comprising: a beam main body; a mounting part extended from both sides of the lower end of the beam′s main body downwards; and a lower stiffener fixated to the mounting part. The beam′s main body has a section vertically curved multiple times and has an upper part and a lower part. The upper part is formed by cutting a predetermined upper width for the entire vertical width of a portion of the beam′s main body except for both ends thereof, and the lower part is formed by the remaining portion of the beam′s main body except for the upper part. The upper part and the lower part are made of different kinds and strengths of fiber reinforced thermoplastic resins. Moreover, the upper part and the lower part are integrated to maintain higher strength in the upper part, and a reinforcing member is included in the boundary part between the upper part and the lower part for reinforcement. According to the present invention, the stiffener included to satisfy a pedestrian safety regulation is made of different materials and is integrated with the bumper beam, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and the number of components and reducing its weight. Furthermore, the collision resistant performance and pedestrian safety regulation can be satisfied even without the reinforcing pipe. |
