Provided is a watertight duct system penetrating the inner space of a double bottom construction, comprising: an air inflow channel; an intermediate channel; an air discharge channel; and a ventilating fan and a ventilating damper for circulating air, wherein the ventilating fan and the ventilating damper for circulating the air are positioned on the upper part of a damaged water line. Since the ventilating fan and the ventilating damper for circulating the air are positioned on the upper part of the damaged water line, other sections can be prevented from flooding through a ventilation chamber having the ventilating fan and the ventilating damper installed therein when a ship is damaged.
