The present invention relates to a Bluetooth communication apparatus, a pairing method thereof, and a Bluetooth communication system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the Bluetooth communication apparatus may include: a communications unit which communicates with multiple devices in a Bluetooth method; a processing unit which changes devices that are paired every set time to communicate by multiplexing with multiple devices; and a storing unit which stores information to be paired with multiple devices.
