The present invention relates to an imidazole-based metal complex azo dye having excellent contrast ratio, and to a curable dye composition which is a composition for a color filter and comprises the imidazole-based metal complex azo dye. Also, the present inevrnton relates to a color filter produced by using the curable dye composition.
