A wrapping device with a rotatable arm according to the present invention comprises: a frame having a space in which a product is installed; a rotatable arm rotating along with an external circumference of the product, which is rotationally installed in the frame; a wrap supply unit for supplying wrap for wrapping the product, which is vertically and movably installed along with a mast vertically installed on the rotatable arm; a wrap support unit for separately supporting wrap winded on the product from the product while the wrap support unit is erected if the product wrapping is completed, wherein the wrap support unit lies during the product wrapping and the wrap support unit has a structure that can lie or be erected on the turntable; and a wrap cutting and fusing unit for cutting and fusing wrap separated from the product through the wrap support unit, wherein the wrap cutting and fusing unit is installed to allow reciprocation on a location where the wrap cutting and fusing unit faces the wrap support unit, thereby preventing damage to the product when cutting and fusing wrap. |
