The present invention relates to a cooling and heating mat for cooling and warming capabilities, which seals a gap between an upper plate (10) and a lower plate (20) by fixing-combining a blocking membrane (30) with respect to each outer peripheral of the upper and lower plates, wherein the upper plate (10) includes: a supplying unit (11) which has discharge holes (11a) that are punctured vertically in a cross shape around the central region, the lower plate which has another membrane (31) which is arranged in a cross shape corresponding to the membrane of the upper plate, each blocking membrane (30) that is overlapped with the supplying unit (11) and has an injection hole (40) for inducing the hot air provided from a cooling and heating unit into the inner space of the supplying unit, the gap between the upper plate (10) and the lower plate (20) corresponding to the supplying unit (11) which is partitioned by a hollow part to prevent the cool air or the hot air delivered through the injection hole from being dispersed by the membrane and allows the cool air or the hot air to be discharged to a discharge hole (11a). |
