WEB SERVICE GATEWAY AND MACHING METHOD BETWEEN DNP 3.0 AND SOAP USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a web server gateway and a method for matching simple object access protocols (SOAP) and distributed network protocols (DNP) 3.0 by using the web server gateway. The present invention discloses a method for converting a DNP 3.0 message to a tag on a SOAP body and a service method used by a web service gateway installed between a SOAP client and a DNP 3.0 slave station. When a web service is matched to a DNP 3.0 master station according to the present invention, a user can enable the inter-operation of DNP 3.0 through the web service even without a DNP 3.0 master station module.
