The present invention relates to an apparatus for promoting a character based on health care and a service method thereof. The apparatus for promoting the character based on health care of the present invention includes: a wearable terminal which has a shape easy to be worn on a hand, an arm, a waist or an ankle of a user, and is mounted with a blue tooth module for wireless communication with a mobile, and comprises an earphone port for wired communication, and has a temperature sensor, an acceleration sensor, a gyro sensor and a BMI measurement unit; and the mobile which is inputted with basic information from the user by being installed with a mobile app, and grasps health condition of the user using information as to amount of food, kind of food and meal pattern of the user and information provided from the wearable terminal, and promotes the character of the user by reflecting the grasped health condition to the character of the user. |
