摘要 According to an embodiment of the present invention, a light based multifocal and multiphoton microscope comprises: a light source for generating a pulse laser beam; and an optical fiber array that the pulse laser beam from the light source passes with a different time delay by aligning and preparing a plurality of optical fibers having different optical waveguide lengths, thereby surface-scanning a measurement target by making the pulse laser beam passing the optical fiber array to be multi-focally incident on the measurement target. According to an embodiment of the present invention, optical fibers constituting the optical fiber array have different time delays by having different length differences to perform accurate surface-scanning by making the pulse laser beam to be multi-focally incident on the measurement target when the pulse laser beam is incident on the measurement target and to suppress interferences between close focuses by using different time delays of the optical fiber array.
