A laminate for a cooking utensil according to the present invention has a fluorinated resin film laminate (F) formed by sequentially laminating two or more fluorinated resin films on the top of a metallic substrate (M). The fluorinated resin film laminate (F) has a structure of two or more layers and comprises: (i) a fluorinated resin film (F1) containing fluorine with excellent flowability; (ii) a fluorinated resin film (F2) having excellent dimensional stability by containing a filling material; (iii) a fluorinated resin film (F3) having excellent detachment properties and scratch resistance by containing heat-resistant polymers; and/or (iv) a fluorinated resin film (F4) having excellent detachment properties, dimensional stability, and scratch resistance by containing a filling material as well as heat-resistant polymers. The laminate for a cooking utensil according to the present invention can form a fluorinated resin film laminate (F) with a uniform thickness on the top of the metallic substrate (M) when compared with a conventional method for molding a metallic substrate and coating a molded product having a bent part with fluorinated resin, has excellent detachment properties to allow cooked food to be easily separated from a cooking utensil, can be easily washed, and has excellent durability to have an extended service life.
