The present invention relates to an apparatus to separate a cover. Provided is the apparatus to separate the cover comprising: a cover separated at least two or more portions, and surrounding a remaining structure having a mounted cargo; a separating force adding device installed inside the cover to add a separating force when the cover is separated from the remaining structure; and a metal belt covering the cover to restrain a movement of the cover when the cover is not separated, and releasing a restraint of the cover when the cover is separated.
