The present invention relates to a conductive film drying device capable of drying a base material coated with a carbon nanotube solution. The conductive film drying device allows the selection of the base material with high temperature durability, has maximized drying performance, and minimizes the channel resistance of a carbon nanotube. To achieve this, the conductive film drying device includes a heat exchanger which is separated from the base material at a preset distance and exchanges the heat with the outside by being filled with refrigerants, and a refrigerant supply unit which circulates and supplies the refrigerant to the heat exchanger.
